John is amazing! He cares about customers. He knows what he's doing. He fixes whatever that's broken. And he suggests the best ways to do things. My kitchen faucet is working now because of John. Really appreciate his help. And there are other stuff he fixed. John is amazing! I cannot say thank you enough.

The technician arrived amazingly quick and proceeded to diagnose and relay the information to me. I understood.before I left for an appointment. They cleared any situation within.the house. Having.a well, I understood that the pump might need to be replaced but that's for the Well Person to take care of. They communicated with me their findings and turned off the lights and closed up. Sam was professional and personable and technically savvy. The truck was definitely impressive and looked ready for any situation. I've used this establishment for all my home's plumbing going on several decades.

Donahue Halverson is extremely efficient, reliable, and just plain nice. They are available for all your plumbing needs whenever you need them at a competitive price and with a willingness to please. At a time when good service and/or a nice disposition is exceedingly rare, I appreciate and admire Donohue Halverson’s commitment to excellence. John Ross, the plumber who provided service, has been to our property on a couple of occasions, and in each occasion he has been punctual, extremely pleasant and friendly, and expert in is his abilities. He is always willing to answer all questions related to the specific job or other plumbing matters. He works with careful speed. He has never had to return to redo a job. I cannot recommend Donohue Halverson highly enough. They exceed expectations and are beyond reproach.

I had a great experience with Donohue Halverson. They installed a Mitsubishi air conditioning system with four wall mounted mini-splits. The installers (led by Sam Roorda) were all excellent and seemed very knowledgeable and polite. Very happy with my purchase. We have also used them for electrical issues and they also solved our issues quickly and professionally.

I made an appointment online for 8-9am today. The appointment was confirmed by Donohue Halverson twice by text. I took off the morning from work to be here, assuming I could go to work in the afternoon. When they hadn’t arrived by 11am, I called to ask when they were coming. They told me that I was “on the list” but “there was no guarantee that they were coming today at all.” They would come out if someone got freed up. I understand that sometimes, things happen and businesses can’t keep appointments but that doesn’t appear to be the case here. They made the appointment without any intention of showing up when they said they would. Honestly, I’m kind of glad this happened. If a company can’t be counted on to show up for an appointment, I definitely don’t want to count on them to fix anything in my home.
